During the course, you will learn how to meditate and bring balance to your life!

Our classes teach Sahaja Yoga, a method of meditation easily learned by all ages.
​
It can be done on a chair or the ground with no physical activity.
​
Each class will include the following:

a short presentation about the topic of the day

short video
-
learning and experimenting with different meditation techniques
-
quiet meditation
​
The classes will be in-person or online, depending on your location.
